These crooks only demonstrated once again that they are incapable of doing business honestly and fairly without trying to cheat others. The Casino Affiliates are not the only ones getting cheated. These crooks will cheat and steal from their own mothers.

The online gambling industry is made up of mainly dishonest crooks, and many use the same rotten tactics, there is nothing new in that. It's very common for game developers to find, or invent, a reason to terminate an agreement, or change it, or make it impossible to continue it. The reason is simply to steal the clients from their licensees, marketing companies, partners, affiliates, or anybody doing business with them. Party Gaming is only copying the same rotten tactics used by other game developers, they didn't invent anything.
It looks quite obvious that Party Gaming tried this dirty trick to get Empire Online to drop its price so they could buy it cheaper. We think that Empire Online is right to sue Party Gaming and Party Gaming deserves to lose on this issue.
We also think that Party Gaming is right to force the price down because Empire Online was overvalued in the first place, by a lot. When they tried to sell their business for $1.4 billion to Sportingbet we estimated that it was only worth 5% of that figure, if that. We think that Party Gaming was crazy to make their offer in the first place, because they don't need Empire Online, and it's a bad idea to start with.
