How much money should i bring to a friendly poker game? I'm going to attend a friendly poker game with a new group of guys from church, about 5 of us. I think they all have played poker with real money before, but not with this group. The organizer mentioned that money should be brought to the game. I was kinda suprised, thinking that this would be just for fun. I've played poker before, but no money was involved, but i have played black jack before with money. But then again, it wouldn't be any fun without playing for money. So, how much $ should I bring?
